Soldavi Realty is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a concierge. One must be an excellent communicator and possess exceptional customer service skills while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every contact. As a Soldavi Concierge, one’s main responsibility is to build and maintain client relationships. This means contacting customers promptly, scheduling appointments, and overall being the liaison between our company and the client.
- Calling, emailing, and texting current and potential clients
- Scheduling appointments between clients and real estate agents
- Maintaining a client database & Nurturing client relationships
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Establishing instant rapport while building sustainable relationships
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must have customer service experience
11:00 am -7:30 pm
